As regular maintenance takes place on the Tamar Bridge, Paintel Ltd assist other contractors to reduce the road closures to the public.

For this project Paintel Ltd prepared the cable clamp bolts with a high grit grade abrasive wheel to allow specialist contractors to test the hardness of the steel.

 

A new coating system was reapplied that included an elastomeric paint which flexes with the movement of the bridge.
